When RN was running things....and based on only a few holes drilled at the time...this is what we were getting....

"private placement of 6,500,000 units of Noront for aggregate gross proceeds of $26,000,000. Each unit is priced at $4.00 and consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of Noront at an exercise price of $5.00"

then...one month later...

the 3,250,000 warrants exercisable at $5.00 per common share

then...another month later....

2,490,001 Warrants have been exercised for aggregate gross proceeds of $12,450,005
