The CEO of Noront Al Coutts  is curently at Centre Block,,Parliament Hill in OTTAWA  to meet with PS Paul Lefebvre

AND in ONE HOUR

in the same location, Morneau will be delivering the Fall Economic Statement. in the House of Commons which is 

 is located in the Centre Block of the parliament buildings on Parliament Hill in Ottawa
