Only thing that “worries” me is the small part of “a new special mining group”. 

The word special is often used to extra highlight something but in reality it oftern also turns out to be a hollow phrase. 

And why a new mining group? I thought already a dozen commitees went over this / our ROF?

Anyway still optimistic but also cautious with getting to much hope all of a sudden!
