So, let's get this straight.

Canadian Stimulus Funds ..offering interest free money ... Liberals ignored them and now PC have been  ignoring them..so much so that  recently another 400million was invested in the USA....since Ontario did not respond.

And,

Matawa claiming they are ready to move on key discussions  but Province not responding???

So, Province is waiting for what or who exactly?? It's getting very  embarressing for them
