Who is behind the Canadian Stimulus Fund Ltd ? Is this the same entity as the Infrastructure Stimulus Fund or is it some other entity comprised of a consortium of private investors/corporations/states? If the latter, is Canada/Ontario perhaps concerned about ceding control of infrastructure investment to foreign nationals  (US or otherwise) in a current climate of ongoing trade (i.e. steel/aluminum) talks...are there strategic geopolitical economic forces at play?
