We have (a guess} thousands of people who know about and want to invest in Noront. When the first news of an offical  agreement and start date of ROF there will be no selling of shares and thousands of increasing offers. The spring is wound so tight and so many know of the project that a MC of 1 billion is very possible. That would make raising the money to build so easy.
