Municipal Elections and Ferrochrome Smelter Announcement??

I vaguely recall our CEO stating publicly (?in print ) that NOT was determined to announce the location of the Ferrochrome Smelter prior to Timmins and the Sault holding their respective municipal elections, so as to not influence the process...does anyone else recall this ? Not certain whether that timeline was superceded by a subsequent "proclamation"...Both Timmins and the Sault go to the polls late October..
