Message: Sault Ste. Marie one of two locations left in running for ferrochrome smelter

Well, for once me thinks it is smart to delay and continue a strong negotiation position, if selection is made for one location all aspects will need to be sealed (electricity pricing...). It will be Timmins since the distances are already considerable, for that reason the closer, the better. Besides, if you are in Timmins you know it is a fantastic place for having the smelter, long history and pro-active mindset.
