Better to buy in the 0.60 or higher range if you know there is an agreement with FN's. You would see the stock "explode" alot faster than sitting aorund wasting time and money waiting for  Noront and FN's to get along which ineviatably will probably never happen. Expect the stock to sit in the 0.30 price range for the next forever.
