Reserve needs hydro, broadband, roads, water, sewers, Medical Facilities, Airport, Telephone, Schools, Railroad, Library, etc. Ford Government to deliver far reaching throne speech to include the North, RoF Development, Native unity, Protection of Jobs, Tax Relief, Less government Red Tape, More Wealth. Ford Government good for Noront and Matawa, and Ontario. Big winner is Noront, Rickford key to this whole end game, will signal new partnership in development.   Power back to Northern Ontario, Southern Ontario, especially Toronto will see less becasue of Northern Neglect for 15 plus years. Small cap power to do major story on RoF and Noront in short order. Common people  buying into the Ring because of promotion.
