This was new to me until I saw it this afternoon.  looks like the news release on the unsolicited bid for KWG came out on May 24 (no specifics were provided and there is no chatter on the KWG stockhouse board).  Market is ignoring it as the the share price is sitting at $0.01.  Maybe someone came in with a low ball offer.
