Coutts had all gold companies sign non disclosure agreements.

Why, becasue there is gold, and lots of gold.

Even if there wasn't any gold, the fact Mr. Coutts is spelling it out for everyone is news worthy of a  halt.

The gold news is material to the stock.

This news would be material to any mining stock.

How much material, i don't know, even 1 cent to the plus is better than nothing.

My best guess tomorrow is a halt , maybe not initially, but if the stock trades in the millions, then a halt for 1-2 hours before news release by TMX.

Then Coutts gets to do interviews with the media and sell all projects related to Noront.
