We need only mine friendly Ministers who will do exactly as Doug says, to build a mine, in Finance, Treasury Board, Minister of Mines and Northern Development, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, Ring of Fire Secretariet, Minister of Infastructure, Minister of indegineous Relations, all need to be filled with key pro-mining and development politicians
