My view here HC is that every effort by either Marten Falls (especially), or Webequie, to further derisk the Ring of Fire project the better.  If Doug or Andrea get in I just pray they do not disrupt the momentum achieved by the Liberals thus far.  I think Wynne knows Marten Falls is throwing this as a "Hail Mary" pass that hopefully is caught by one of the party leaders; preferrably the Liberals.  It may be enough to show Ontario that progress is actually being made under the Liberal banner, and that money is on the way. 

Whether this latest news, or if more is to come, I think this voluntary agreement shows the markets that the Ring of Fire is a go, and that 2019 will bring the anticipated start to road construction; Yahoo.
