What does China's investment in Zimbabwe have to do with what I wrote about?

Are resources from Zimbabwe classified as Canadian content?

If China wants to build the silk road as they say they do which entails 8 trillion in infrastructure ..they'll need all the materials they can get, because they'll be competing for them with other big infrastructure projects in the world,, plus the Electric vehicle push, and massive defence spending

The ROF  will be just fine.
