Winn must spend the all $1 billion on the ring prior to election to keep me interested.

With a convoy of 100' buildings and a hint of 65 excavators and operators being sent to the ring we might just get your wish.....at this point anything less would be futile.  Winnie is a lot of things but she is not dumb.....we need to actually see they got it right!!!!!!!
