When he was in Thunder Bay this week, he did mention the Ring of Fire. Basically he said he expects Noront to pay "it's fair share" when it comes to building infrastructure, and that any funding from him would have to be "in the interests of all the taxpayers in Ontario". He is a Toronto-centric politician.
