I agree with Happy Camper. The Chinese allways have alterior motives, A trump card if you like (no Pun). If I were King there would be none of their investment money..none of there products, none of their students, no trade whatsoever. They are expancsionist at the expense of their own people and jobs in every corner of the world. Aecon is Canadian and should stay that way!
