Thanks for all the digging Babjak1.  It looks like a lib rally with Winnie and Justin is badly needed to boost their waning popularity.  Ontario needs a way of making money to pay for all these costly promises and programs.......time for all to get it right.

Perhaps that convoy of large 100' deliveries were the needed equipment etc for "Upgrades to existing roads"?
