So let's have an unofficial poll. Let's assume that Wynne is going to come out with some sort of major announcement as a pre-election headline grabber. Let's assume that the announcement is something along the lines of: "There are shovels in the ground, we're spending the billion dollars to build the road, Ontario will reap huge rewards because the FN's are onboard, etc." We all know that this may not actually come to pass, but for now, let's pretend and hope that it will.
Having said that, when does everyone think that the best time would be to release such an announcement? Early in the campaign? Mid-campaign, to allow time for repeated announcements about things moving forward? Last minute, to have the most "recent impact" when election day rolls around?
