Good Article Ringer, I think its's fair to say, there is no official plan until there is one put in motion. Maybe the Winn Liberal  Official Plan will a Re- election Plan for that needs to put in motion in the next 2-3 weeks as a reelection tactic and party platform cornerstone. Winn could be easily outflanked and scoupped by the Ford campaign if he does. If Winn loses the election, what good is her plan, tick tock WiNnie
