what has she got to loose, just another billion or two as her quest these days is to make everyone happy, but if you analyze where the majority of those funds will be spent (GTA, SW ON, Golden Horseshoe, Eastern ON), works out to about 80% of provincial voters live there. If there is a change of gov't where would PC's/NDP start to unravel the mess...
