I think the FN and us need someone from their side and someone from our side that will talk openly and honestly without the attempt to soften words. Letting every person  in a northern community have a say is futile. You won't make anyone happy without dragging some of the people kicking and screaming out of the store. Fords bulldozer comment was needed as far as I am concerned as well as Wynnes, deal with those who want to deal, comment. Obstructing projects is what has gotten Canada and Ontario in a fiscal mess in the first place.
