Very good points... I believe it's up,to the shareholders , to keep managements and all others involved in check.. We have been too Canadian to say the least... Like I said in my earlier post .. There are many stocks on venture, with not even close to what we have our at 3-5 bucks... Why are we at .39 cents.. I'll telll you why, share dultiion. We must make sure it does not happen any more. Management must come clean with us . Period...
