THIS MOTION, made by Essar Steel Algoma Inc. ("Algoma"), Essar Tech Algoma Inc., Algoma Holdings B.V., Essar Steel Algoma (Alberta) ULC, Cannelton Iron Ore Company and Essar Steel Algoma Inc. USA (together, the "Applicants") for an order extending the stay of proceedings in respect of the Applicants until July 31, 2018 was heard this day at 330 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario. ON READING the Affidavit of John Strek sworn March 19, 2018, the Forty-Second Report of Ernst & Young Inc., in its capacity as Monitor of the Applicants (the "Monitor") and on hearing the submissions of counsel for the Applicants and the Monitor and those other parties present, no one appearing for any other person on the service list, although duly served as appears from the affidavit of service of Sanja Sopic, filed. 6860397 vl 2 SERVICE
1. THIS COURT ORDERS that the time for service of the Notice of Motion and the Motion Record is hereby abridged and validated so that this Motion is properly returnable today and hereby dispenses with further service thereof.
EXTENSION OF STAY PERIOD 2. THIS COURT ORDERS that the Stay Period referred to in the Amended and Restated Initial Order of the Honourable Mr. Reginal Senior Justice Morawetz dated November 9, 2015, is extended until July 31, 2018.
GENERAL 3. THIS COURT HEREBY REQUESTS the aid and recognition of any court, tribunal, regulatory or administrative body having jurisdiction in Canada or in the United States or any other jurisdiction to give effect to this Order and to assist the Applicants, the Monitor and their respective agents in carrying out the terms of this Order, including the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
All courts, tribunals, regulatory and administrative bodies are hereby respectfully requested to make such orders and to provide such assistance to the Applicants and the Monitor, as an officer of this Court, as may be necessary or desirable to give effect to this Order or to assist the Applicants and the Monitor and their respective agents in carrying out the terms of this Order.
