I found out that there is no Ring of Fire as it was not mentioned once in the 2018 budget NOR was there any mention of the $1,000,000,000.00...most of the upcoming spending has been defered to next year as I surmised.

It was 48 minutes of pandering for votes and self back patting ...sorry for Ontario..... as these bustards are going to not only drive the province into further debt but this debt will be passed onto our kids and then onto our grandkids.
