It's quite obvious that the Liberals, not the Conservatives, are driving the bulldozer right now .  Doug can say all he wants, but I would have to agree with Gravelle that only the Liberals possess the social license to drive it.  So far Doug only seems worried about the money, which to me makes him a beginner driver at best.
