I hate to say this but? After years of excuses - Maybe, its time for all Ring of Fire miners (band together) to call upon foreign countries to come in and build the road/rail in exchange for first access to our minerals. Access to Onraio workers must be committed . A fair trade towards a win win....

This is very tiring to sit and wait ....for Ontario Libs to stepup and follow through.

I would have the miners submit a proposal to the Ontario Govt ..... outlining the go forward plan (with foerign money/trade off ) with a request they match it or loose it...
