All this sounds positive but I am confused. Marten Falls are close to putting forward their EA project proposal?
Does this mean we are just waiting for their proposal on how they will study the effect on the environment or does it mean we are waiting for their actual positioning of the road route?
One seems very close to shovels in the ground and the other one seems like it could take a very long time given how slow the history of the road decision has progressed.
"That project will be moving forward quickly" sounds promising and more in line with the previous Coutts statement that a
project description should be released in January 2018
and also....."He said a project description that shows the details of where the roads will be placed will be released in the beginning of 2018 and "shovel's [will be] in the ground within that period," which means Noront will then finally be able to talk to investors to start financing the big project."

What is the difference between the EA proposal/ EA project proposal and the project description as mentioned by Coutts? Are these apples and oranges or are they the same thing? Once released how fast can things progress?
