The probable reason that Glencore and Vale are having little interest in the RoF and the road is that for over a two years the Federal Gov. has created a fund for building roads etc... and  the Wynne Provincial Gov. has not applied for any of this money.....Why not.....because they DO NOT HAVE THE BILLION DOLLARS for their share....this in my estimation is and was all smoke and mirrors just to appease the norther Ontario voters..remember the old saying "tell a lie one thousand times and soon it will become the truth"
