....Don't get me wrong, I am rooting for them (KWG). But sometimes I think KWG's choice to play outside the rules, and focus on trying so hard to change the system and stay solo is really taking too much time, effort and money.  I can see their patent succeding well before their mining.  They should instead be striking a deal with Noront to smelt their chromite first before they decide to go after their own.  Noront has the lead here.  KWG would be best to ride their coat tales and form a JV of some sort involving the processing of Noront's Blackbird chromite.  This would ensure future capital for their own mining efforts.  This recent Ferro-crypto thingy does not give me the sense that the Chinese are behind KWG here; IMO.

Synergy is the key, and the answer.  My thought is is that as soon as Noront goes underground at Eagles Nest they will not only go downward, but at the same time outward, laterally, to connect to Blackbird and simultaneously position themselves for when they go after the chromite.  Doing this would also provide a good vantage point for continued drilling efforts below ground....Just some ideas rolling around in my head.
