February is over and not one word of "shovels in the ground" nor of progression of ANY road into the "Ring"

The Federal Liberals have turned a blind eye again as there was no mention of developing the "Ring" in the so called budget only some piecemeal referances to Native well being!

I would plan for another 3 years of squandering the chance of development in the "Ring" or until pressure is put on this so-called government by the USof A and other industrial giants for the use of stratigic "iums" and other metals

Again Canadians are being delegated to the age old role of "hewers of wood and providers of water" no foresight what so ever!
