Northern Chiefs react to the federal budget

There was a lot in the budget for Indigenous communities, but what will it mean here in the north? The federal budget promised money for Indigenous housing and child welfare among other things. We asked the Grand Chief of the Mushkegowuk Council, Jonathan Solomon and the Chief of Serpent River First Nation, Elaine Johnston, for their thoughts on the the latest federal budget.
