Perhaps it's time for Canadians to think about boycotting certain American exports, and to cut back on tourism.  I've certainly stopped traveling to the US since their current government came into power.

Unfortunately, since Canada is not currently producing chromite, we can't use that as a tool at the negotiating table.

Of course, one shouldn't jump to conclusions.  This threat may just be posturing.  It may turn out that Canada is excluded from these tariffs at the eleventh hour.
