Which brings me to a joke heard on European TV:

Two judges sitting at a table in a restaurant.
A lawyer runs up to one of them and says to him, your wife's dog bit my wife, I demand compensation.
The judge pulls out a wallet and pays him 10 thousand. After the lawyer leaves the other judge says to the first, but you are not married and you do not own a dog so why did you pay?

Because as you well know, once the matter reaches a courtroom anything can happen.

Lesson: Better be safe than sorry.

Sooo I see the Ebametoong going to court, because they are left out with either road route, so they are throwing all the long shots that they can and hope to snagg someting.
