So what?
For sake of argument, lets say that tomorrow Noront says which city gets the location for the ferro-chrome plant.
I say Boo Hoo.
Yes Noront share price would take a positive spike in price for a few days. The chosen city's politicians would take credit and bows. And then what?

With no road to the Ring. Without a firm commitment from the most near to the Ring Mattawa communities, the euphoria would be short lived.
Note that Noront is still for a nickel ore plant first. I have not heard anything different recently.

So the road is the key. But no road without Mattawa. No Mattawa without us buying them with honey. And honey is hard to come by if one does not have the income ( taxes and/or royalties) to pay for it.
Noront and Ontario need a white elephant to fund the honeyed gifts. Even the chinese are not that gullible, they needing a safe investing environment.

Just look at the recent share price. There was some hope with the new year and winter freeze up but that is almost over and hope dissipates for another year.
I suspect we will see below 30 cents before May's sell off, new news being absent of course. Ed.
