Noront has something up their sleeve F451. Their team is well versed in mining. Just because Noront has not gone underground doesn't mean that they are not capable. Someone big is waiting in the wings; IMHO. The only question is why Noront did not suggest to all 4 cities vying for the FPF that a trip to Finland to see Outokumpu's FPF in Torino was a must. They all truly need to fully understand what they are excepting into their respective communities. Seems like the first thing I would do to make sure I knew what I was getting into. If you know your city has either the most to gain, or the most to offer, it seems prudent to do your homework,.....and research, before signing on the dotted line.
IMHO: I am especially suprised that Mr. Steve Black, the Mayor of Timmins, did not buy a ticket to Finland. Now, when your talking about SSM they still seem on the fence about the whole idea, and Thunder Bay....Well, they are just too far in the wrong direction that I don't see them having a chance....But the big question is: Why has no other city decided to follow Subbury's lead.....?????
NOW....When it come to Noront......Noront has the right associates with deep pockets, and a resource pool of experts to get the job done. I say this because I am sure they have made valuable acquaintances over the years, just look at the people that have joined them already.
When it comes time for the pieces of the puzzle to begin clicking together F451 is when everyone will start coming out from their place of hidding to throw in their two cents...plus hundreds of millions of dollars. This in my mind will happen this year.

TM.
