Nice point Tin Man.

Perhaps Mooniass is dissenting while accumulating their 10% as was offered by Nolan recently? A great price to get in at. I hope he does not cause another generation of his people to suffer in conditions that they continue to complain about. Year after year of inaction might also cause a change in leadership when possible.
