Message: South Africa and the Global Demand for Chromium

Say it again Sam, I mean Dennis.

Just imagine if Noront, with it's neighbours in the Ring, supplied all the ferrochrome needs of N. America. Yes I mean ferrochrome and not just chromite. Why not produce the ferrochrome locally?

Of course Ontario would have to roll up it's sleeves and provide electrical power at reasonable costs instead of inflating managerial salaries. Else send the chromite to Quebec who would likely welcome the extra work. At least the jobs would stay in Canada, or would they? Not if our politicians would have their way, after all they are doung an excellent job for us, arent they. Why else would we support them so well at ellection times.

While I want to cheer for chromite buy I much prefer at this time to be doing so about the nickel ore, and so should the media.

Sorry for this rant, blame it on Dennis ;-), he got me going. Cheers to ya D. & Tin Man, Ed.
