I am puzzled. Why is only now that these cities are vying for the "Ferrochrome Processing Plant". I thought this was announce months back, and that their formal response were already being drawn up. Are these delays intentional? Because honestly, I do not expect any one of these cities to have a project outline by the end of the month; or year. Something tells me that Noront will not be on schedule here to decide on who gets the smelter, and processing facilitiy. Like usual there seems to be an awful lot of procrastination, and unforseen changes in plans; IMHO.
