This possible "strategic" market player will never be allowed to buy NOT cheap.

Even if this player is backed up by for example Vale the other big players won't allow them to buy. At that point it will get interesting for us! 

Stakes are simply to high for the big players to let anyone get in their way. This is for every single one of them a chance to secure future needs for the base metals WE have.

I agree it has been to quiet for a very long time, but I also still do believe this story will unfold itself. If it was all bad news behind the scenes somebody would have already pulled the plug and walked away!

Above all IMHO.
