Rae is good for Matawa, and the process as a whole.  I don't think he has left the Ring altogether though

But Let's not repeat what happened in Ruwanda.  

Let's not send our peace keepers there with with bow and arrows and white flags, while the oposition shoots with RPG and

improvised explosive devices.

I would sent Romeo Dalaire along with Rae,
