2) Broadband is agreed upon and has been directly linked to the road. For not loosing credibility to the communities it may well have been communicated a bit different.

3) a Worldclass deposit is at hand

4) SP is phoney, it is being kept low until D-Day

5) Its investment case is clear, you can have the chromite for free if you sell Eagle's nest's metals, or you can have the zince, copper and nickle for free including the platinum, if you sell the palladium on the market

6) Due to the waiting time, likelyhood has in fact gone up, although uncertantities remain. Time to make the deal.

7) If you do not buy it, your competitor will.

8) Gravelle, Justin, Wynne, all aligned and at your service

9) Smelter location has been scheduled

10) metal prices are rising, and it looks like it is the beginning due to the electric transport market
