- road announcement mid-August.
- refusal/opposition to road by some FN in few weeks after
- visit of Justin beginning of October. VERY SIGNICANT already, hardly any conversation, short meeting, so Nothing could fail from there onwards
- Highspeed BB announcement shortly after
- FN now entirely agree upon BB, excellent reasoning, one needs the road for servicing the BB. None of the leaders loosing any credibility within their FN community, it is all about BB
- no response from market. The significance of the announcements is not widely nor correctly understood.
Conclusion: Noront's big moment and the turning point for the ROF are currently not recognized as such. Except for a few, the market, the forum, and hopefully not Noront itself is missing the point entirely. For how long this time? It looked like just another Friday but not for the ROF.
