Late last week placed sell order for 500K shares of stock @0.05.To ensure sale of whole order

the sell was placed at bid. Entire order filled almos immedietely but it took five different

Entities sharing

the sale.

   1) Sale for my acc..............................on match now ?  (presumed cross trade)

   2) Sale for my acc..............................on Alpha

   3) Sale for my acc. .......................     on Omega 

   4) Sale for my acc...............................on Canadian Venture Exchange

   5) Sale for my acc...............................on Nasdaq CX2

   A) Commission of $9.95 was pro rated from the low of 6 cents to a

        high of $ 8.18.

    B) By far the largest portion of sell order did NOT even show on any platform.

        Conclusion: A School of hard knocks for little retail.
