When the share price acts funny ( against reason) there is always something happenning behind the scenes!! This is just me but, could the road annocement have been a real surprise to everyone ? Like it came so fast that it interfered with the PP plans, and things had to be adjusted to suit ? Timing is funny ! Just saying
