Again, I say we the citizens are the ones wasting money. LCBO is just taking advantage of a business opportunity that we present for them. How is it LCBO is the one, it should be drug stores.

I am again trying to make sense out of a non-sensical world. And I wonder why a road and railway have not been built to the Ring already. Geeez, that could drive a guy to a bottle, or weed?
