The main culprits, Anon and Jitney have been doing this since almost day one. The most active is Anonymous. When the share price rises they are both there, like foxes ripping out a chickens throat. They control the price and bring it down. Sometime ago I brought this to the attention of the Canadian Trading Comission. They denied that this is manipulation saying that it is normal trading but it's funny how you and I can see it but they, mysteriously cannot.
