It is like the entire ROF is in suspended animation after sipping the liquor called infrastructure announcement, slipping dreamingly down the rabbit hole. Way more than meets the eye is going on. I am going along for the ride as I always have and I am collecting more under 40 really how can you NOT. Cheers
