Politician about another politician, so where is the truth or is there any?

I was against the delays and blamed both governments and natives But Now I came to the belief that the hold back was with the native communities. As a pacifier they were give a few dollars to do a road study and what we got in exchange was more delays.

So am of the conviction ( not to lamb baste Ontario government) that most of the blame regarding delays is with the native communities, Eabametoong & Neskantaga in the fore front.
